Done in black letters to coordinate with the larger logo sign, it identifies this particular SPCA building as housing the veterinarian hospital. This distinguishes them as a pet hospital, that provides medical checkups and services. It is not an SPCA adoption facility. Stating specifically what this location provides continues its customer friendly approach as a veterinary center.
