Good HOA entrance signs will last a long time if quality materials are used to start with. Many HOA entrances have wall mounted signs and some use post mounted signs.
Recently, the Frances Arbor community wanted to freshen their entrance sign as they were looking worn and tired. We reviewed the signs and their HOA budget to find a sign solution that may work. In this case, the entrance signs are made of high density foam which lasts well in Tampa Florida weather.
Before:
The signs are sandblasted text which is a common method for making HOA entrance signs. They can be repainted to freshen the appearance and look almost new.
After:
We removed the two signs and cleaned the signs thoroughly and painted with colors specified. The posts can be repainted to match. In this case, no new signs needed to be purchased which save the community budget.
Of course new wall signs are popular for homeowner entrance signs. These can vary in shape and size. The detail in the sign can be designed really unique. In this case, the walls needed a sign to curve to the shape of teh wall and fit snug. The black and gold color of course is just one color combination. Any color combination can be used to make the signs standout and match community preferences.
Some communities are larger than others and can afford more HOA budget dollars for signs. So, we work with the community to find out what may fit the budget and design of the area. Smaller signs can be made that offer continuity to the development.
