Recently we were contacted by The Hillsborough County Firefighters about a building they were moving into.  The client had good previous experience with us and we wanted them to be thrilled with the new signs. Building signage or wall signs can be dimensional by carving and sandblasting HDU foam. The HDU foam is excellent for outdoor use in Florida. When painted it can be long lasting without the affects of wooden signs. The material doesn’t crack or splinter like wood.  These type of signs are also commonly used for medical office suites and home owners associations.  Monument signs can look attractive with a nice sandblasted sign.

Here’s an example of a project that shows the unpainted sign foam and the after affect. 

 The shape of the sign is cut to exact logo proportion and cut at various angles to achieve dimensional affect. The beauty of such sign is that they can be painted multiple colors to look attractive.  The signs are easy to maintain over time.  Just some additional coat of paint after years of service will bring it back to life.

The wall mounted signs are a designed at a size according to the wall to be mounted on. Size and shape of the sign can vary.  The logo is cut and carved in different ways to give the background a different dimension.  The axe face is painted a metallic silver to enhance the shiny affect like metal.

The whole sign package can help the street appeal. In this case, a monument sign and a building sign working together to get attention and proper respect the Firefighters deserve.
