Home Owner Association signs can be very diverse and custom signs are needed on a regular basis.  Some community signs are needed to protect the safety of residents, entrance signs, directional signs and perhaps new street signs.  With regulations being posted it helps the community protect the residents and themselves from legal issues.

 An example of a warning sign by a lake is shown here.  The sign can be posted on a vinyl post with fineal cap to make the sign look nice.  In this case the sign warns of no swimming and fishing.

Some signs are used at entrance to community to have residents learn about new community events and make the sign changeable to allow messages to talk to the current event of the day or week.  In this case the HOA wanted a sign that had pole structure that matched other signs in the community.

The posts are fluted and round with brackets holding a lockable cabinet.  The letter track allows for easy removal and letter change.  The letters are sold in sets of 250 or 300 and punctuation elements are available for purchase.  The community can customize the signs as needed.

Some signs are more for entrances to identify the property and address.  A common HOA entrance has two walls to hang custom signs. The signs can be designed in any shape and color to offer the community an image that matches the scale of the property.  Here’s an example of a sandblasted foam entrance sign. These are an excellent choice for a community that wants low maintenance, yet custom signage.  The are great for apartment complex entrances also.
