We embraced a new monument sign project in St. Pete Beach, FL with a new boutique hotel on Gulf Blvd. The hotel wanted a monument design that complimented the design of the building. The building is painted a variety of colors and the monument needs to have a few of those incorporated.  

In addition, the style of trim needs to be created with with columns and cap top that offer decorative features.  The acrylic letter on face of the monument are blended with paints that offer a color match to logo.  The sign uses two logos, one for the hotel and one for the restaurant.  The double sided monument is made from aluminum and stucco finish.

The monuments are typically mounted with poured footer and steel supports. The structure can vary from hard coated foam to aluminum painted finish.  Sometimes, smooth aluminum with no stucco finish is used.

This type of monument shown can be lighted effectively using flood lights.

The depth of monument can vary up with amount of space available and the look of the property.  We can help design a monument that fits the need of customer and engineer.  The engineer determines the proper structure of steel and metal to meet wind load requirements and depth and size of footer.

Illuminated monument signs are also commonly done. If overhead illumination is needed perhaps something like this monument pictured is good for your project.

 The LED lighted monument sign can be single sided or double sided.  The project needs electrical circuit run to the monument.
