Recently, we were contacted by Powdermill Towing, located in Parsippany on Littleton Road. They called us because they have a large, bare brick wall in their lobby. They felt that they needed something fill the empty space, and decided on a lobby sign that displayed their name in large letters.
In the first image , you can see the wall before we installed the new sign. It was big and unadorned, and it needed some contrast to break such a large space. In the second image, you can see a picture of the individual letter lobby sign we made for Powdermill Towing. In this picture, you can see how the sign stands out against the lighter colored brick wall. The black lettering we used creates a distinct contrast with the wall, to make sure the sign would catch the eye of the customer.

To create the lobby sign for Powdermill Towing, we used 1/2” flat cut acrylic letters. We painted them a glossy black to give them an extra pop when they are installed on the brick wall. We then mounted each letter to the wall using 1/2” studs and further secured them with silicon adhesive. This lobby sign creates a professional and inviting look to what used to be a very dull and featureless wall.
