Five libraries are under-going renovations in St. Louis County. Our team was brought in to provide the dimensional building signs that would be featured on the exterior of these facilities. The locations included: Samuel C. Sachs Branch, the Prairie Commons Branch, the Oak Bend Branch, the Cliff Cave Branch, as well as the Natural Bridge Branch. Together, these new renovations would feature new 2016 board members, as well as the individual architects and directors of the branches. We were thrilled for the opportunity to take on this challenge.
The Products Provided
Each building undergoing renovations required a new exterior building sign, as well as an interior wall plaque. The interior plaques featured etched stainless steel with the 2016 Board Members, titles, director,architect and contractor. The outdoor building signs were constructed using custom cast aluminum with a brushed aluminum finish. Each specification of both size and font were chosen for legibility, and a professional aesthetic. The signs were installed using a modern dimensional effect involving stand offs. The final look was a complete success, and all parties were happy with the results!
