Eagle, ID – VIDEO: Full Body Training Workout at TruHit Fitness Studio in Star

Join us at TruHit Fitness Studio in Star.

Today, we have an eight-minute full-body workout. We have eight stations that you will be experiencing. At each station, you’ll be spending a minute. There are two sets of repetitions visible to you. The red ones are relatively easier while the ones in blue are more challenging.

As you go through the stations, any time you save from the one minute is your time to rest. So you need to push yourself as much as you can. After completing each station, you will move to the next. Once all eight have been covered, we will be taking a thirty-second break after which we will be repeating the entire process once again.

First Station – Bandit Front Race

So the first station we would be covering today is called the bandit front race. You would be keeping your core nice and tight and pulling up on the rope till it’s just slightly above your shoulders so that we don’t pinch our shoulders too much. We are not only working our shoulders but our chest too.

Second Station – Rowers

You have to sit on your rower, strap your feet in and pull back as strongly as you can. Our target is 150 meters today. As you pull back, your back muscles would be activated and you’d be using your legs too in the process. This would be a workout for your full body. If you don’t use your arms and only your legs, you won’t get the full effect of the rower.

Third Station – Dumbbell Cross Body Punch

This is similar to the dumbbell bicep prorate. Your biceps are constantly activated and as you cross your body in your process, your core is also impacted. As you cross your body, you need to feel that peg on your shoulder as well as control your bicep.

Fourth Station – Penalty Box

This is a new addition. You choose one box and go back and forth inside it while pumping your arms and switching your feet. Your pressure should be on your toes and your entire body would be working out while your heart rate increases.

Fifth Station – Wall Ball

In this station, you’d be bouncing the ball on the wall above your head while bending your knees with each throw. You need to make sure you’re not straining your neck the whole time.

Sixth Station – Mountain Climbers

There would be full activation here of our core muscles, as well as stabilization in our shoulders. You would be working your knees too on this while keeping your body nice and low. The higher your body is, the less impact there would be on your core muscles.

Seventh Station – The Boxes

Over here we have a lateral up and over. You’d be climbing atop the box, getting off on the other side, and climbing up once again to reach the other end. You need to work your hip muscles in this station.

Eighth Station – Battle Ropes

You need to give yourself a bit of slack in the battle ropes, bend a little into a squat, and start battling! Your back and your core would be helping you with this so the squatting position is integral for perfect execution.
