This was the case with All-Phase Electrical Supply, a business local to Enfield, CT who needed a new sign solution for their recent structure changes within their company.
Exterior Wall-Mounted Lightbox Sign
The new sign needed to display this new brand in a strong and eye-catching manner, and this was accomplished without breaking the bank by installing a new lightbox sign at the top corner of the building for maximum visibility.
Lightbox signs are a great solution for any business who wants to be seen at any hour of the day but still needs to stay on a budget. These signs are aptly named, since they are constructed of a box typically made of an outdoor-grade aluminum or metal with an LED light inside. The forward-facing layer of the box is typically made of an opaque material like a thicker acrylic, which lights up nicely in front of the LED lights so the company’s logo is visible day or night.
All-Phase’s new lightbox sign measures 10 feet wide and 38” tall, and it was mounted to the exterior of the building facing a busy street for increased visibility. We were given the client’s budget and an idea of what they had in mind, and they loved the way the sign turned out.
For this project, a lightbox made the most sense for multiple reasons.
The large space on the side of the building which was available for a sign could have housed an illuminated channel letter sign, but a large channel letter sign can be very expensive. The lightbox allowed for a great-looking sign, still matching the new branding, which could be illuminated for a reasonable cost. This sign also made sense as a lightbox because it could be matched perfectly to All-Phase’s brand new logo. With bold red text on a white backdrop, it was a natural fit and looks great mounted on the side of their building.
