Personal Injury Attorney Questions | Do I have to accept the amount the insurance company is offering?

No. Insurance adjusters routinely undervalue claims so that they could save the company money. I have been litigating cases for many years and have a strong understanding of the value of my client’s case.  I will not hesitate to file a lawsuit should I receive an unreasonable offer.

After a lawsuit is filed, the case ordinarily gets sent out to mediation prior to trial.  I strongly communicate to the mediator what I believe is the fair value of a particular case. Once I present a strong showing to the mediator, the mediator will speak to the opposing side and attempt to convince them of the value that I determined the case to be worth.  If the opposing side does not agree, or is unreasonable with any offer, then my client and I move forward and get our “day in court” before a jury.

Should you wish to discuss your case, please feel free to call me at 818-706-3790 and speak directly with me.  Should you elect to simply submit your question, then Click Here and you will be directed to my website to submit your question.  I recognize that your question is very important to you and I will make every attempt to answer your question as quickly as possible.
