Local Coffee Shop Brews Fresh Hot and Cold Coffee

Starting the day with a cup of fresh-brewed coffee is essential for many people, but finding the perfect brew for your taste isn’t always easy. As any experienced coffee drinker will tell you, not all coffee is created equal. Once you find the perfect cup it’s hard to accept anything else.

Luckily, if you live in the Sedona area or you’re planning a visit soon, we have created the ideal brew using a unique combination of high quality beans and a process which ensures the freshest possible brew. Our Red Rocks Reserve Roast has become a major hit among locals and visitors alike, and in the next few sections we will peel back the curtain to give some insight on its unique taste. Read on to learn more about your soon-to-be favorite coffee.

Ethically-Sourced Coffee Beans

Where a coffee bean is grown and how it ultimately turns in to a cup of coffee can have a significant impact on taste of the final product. Coffee is often grown in warmer climates, and some companies go through unethical methods to gain beans grown abroad. We take steps to ensure our beans go through a series of steps to bring out their best quality and taste.  Our beans are ethically-sourced from Peru, one of the top coffee-producing countries in the world. These beans are the origin of our Red Rocks Reserve Roast, and they give it a one-of-a-kind taste.

Roasted Locally Every Week

Once the beans arrive stateside, they come directly to Arizona and we roast them locally. This helps to keep up our standards of freshness, and we constantly have new beans being brought in. We roast coffee beans once per week in our local facility and they are used within the week, guaranteeing the coffee you receive from us has unparalleled freshness when compared to other coffee shops.

Ground to Order

Since the beans are now ready to use, one could grind them and make coffee throughout the week out of this ground coffee. However, this wouldn’t be in line with our standards and goal of providing the freshest cup in Sedona. We grind the beans for your coffee fresh each morning and you will be blown away with the taste of our single origin fair trade organic coffee.

Traditional Roast and Cold Brew Available

While people have been drinking hot coffee for centuries and we’re proud of our Red Rocks Reserve Roast, cold brews have exploded in popularity in recent years. If you’re a cold brew fan, you’ll love ours. We use small batches of the same Peruvian beans to create our cold steeping the beans in-house for 24 hours. The final product is a smooth, full-bodied, low acidic coffee which is served over ice and loved by many of our regulars.

If you haven’t visited our shop before, we would love for you to stop by and try a cup of our delicious coffee for yourself. We also offer hand-made donuts and other sweet treats you’re sure to enjoy. Come give us a try today and learn why we’re the #1 coffee and donut shop experience in the Southwest.
