You will rate your happiness on a scale from 1-10 on a map with an X. If the shape formed by connecting the Xs isn’t a diamond, we identify the areas of life needing improvement.

 Once we identify the level of career dissatisfaction, we will get to the root of it:

• Were you using your natural talents, or were you encouraged to use them?
• Was the work unfulfilling and uninspiring?
• Did your previous career require working too many hours with little reward?
• Did you experience a lack of achieving bonuses or promotions?

Identify Your Vision

Identifying your vision of your future is essential in choosing a new career. Without one, you’ll have difficulty finding out what careers align with your ideals and creating tangible goals. After achieving clarity on what your previous job lacked, we will focus on your ideal career and strategize how you will get there by setting goals. 

Learn Essential Career and Business Skills

We’ll work on developing ways to increase your professional competitiveness by:

• Specialization: using your natural talents and learning what careers find them most valuable or how you will use them to provide valuable services to prospective clients. 
• Differentiation: identifying what skills and talents set you apart from your peers and further developing them to provide high-quality work that will be difficult to find elsewhere. 
• Concentration: choose your industry or market segment and focus specifically on developing your skills or services for the jobs, organizations, or clients within them.

Create Strategic and Action Plans

Once you’ve chosen your new career path and have identified the talent and skills needed, we will create a strategic plan to pursue your career transition goal. We will follow skill-building objectives and action plans with a career activity schedule. We will also use milestones and set a deadline.
