Project: Lobby Signs
Client: Accedo
Location: Palo Alto, CA
“Accedo provides applications, tools and services to media companies, consumer electronics and TV operators globally, to help them deliver the next-generation TV experience.”
Recently, Accedo contacted us because they needed a lobby sign. They wanted a 3 dimensional sign for their lobby area, and they of course wanted to include their logo. Not a problem, but this logo was slightly more complicated than the average logo. It has 7 different colors, something that you just don’t see all that often.
In the image above is the lobby sign, which was fabricated from ½” PVC and painted. In order to make sure each part of the 7 different colors in their logo came out looking good, the logo was broken into 7 different pieces, and each piece was custom painted, and then reassembled. The result is an effect that makes them look like a set of interlocked blocks. You can see another angle in the image below.
Lobby signs are not only a great way to greet your customers and clients when they walk into your office, building or store, but your employees too. A well branded work space can help to motivate, and even inspire.
If you need a lobby sign for your business, or if you have any other questions at all about signs, give us a call!
