Most everyone in Northern California, and in the San Jose, CA area, have heard of Intero Real Estate. They’re a residential real estate company and they have quite a good reputation. For this reason, we were excited to have the opportunity to work with one of their locations.
With over 60 locations throughout the United States, United Kingdom, and beyond, it’s a great opportunity to work with a franchise organization of their caliber, and show off the kind of work we can do.
And just like we hoped, it paid off! They mentioned our work to the corporate office and they loved it too. We got the opportunity to make building signs for two other Intero Real Estate locations – one in Woodside, CA, and another in La Honda, CA.
For this project we made a few signs, which were installed at their location in the Canyon Creek Plaza in San Jose. We installed a monument sign, seen in the image above-left, that’s internally illuminated with push thru letters. In the above-right image are building letters, which were also illuminated, but in the halo lit style. Lastly, we made a way-finding sign, seen in the image below.
