You might’ve heard the expression, “a business with no sign, is a sign of no business.” But, perhaps just as detrimental to your business as not having a sign at all, is having an old sign that is falling apart. It can really affect the way that people judge your business.
Recently, we received a call from a client who represents a business complex that features various doctors and their offices. In the image above, you can see an example of the new sign that we installed for our client. It’s a double-sided sign with easy to read text and vinyl graphics which feature each tenant’s name. Since these offices are only operational during the day, there is little need for this sign to be illuminated. It’s a fairly simple monument sign, and can be installed at just about any business park or offices.
Monument signs are great for business parks or any other facility where multiple tenants reside. Their main job is to be situated along a roadside where they will be easy to see. Often, with business complexes, it’s hard to tell which businesses are located there. Monument signs help people find the businesses that they’re looking for, or perhaps stumble upon ones that they never knew were there.
You may not be aware, but every city has installation requirements and requires permits for signs like these. The overall size and dimensions have to be smaller than city code specifies as the maximum allowed dimensions. But this is something that we take care of for you, so you can concentrate on helping your customers.
