We made this sign for Personal Car Shopper, an automotive purchasing and leasing assistance company located in San Jose, CA. They “assist customers with leasing or buying a new car, buying a pre-owned car, selling and trade-ins, purchasing extended warranties, and more!” They contacted us because they wanted a professional looking sign that was modern and would light up.
This exterior building sign is made of channel letters and a logo cabinet. Inside the channel letters and logo cabinet are the LED light bulbs that illuminate the sign. LED lighting is extremely affordable, and far brighter than older lighting technologies. Plus, they operate at a fraction of the cost, making lighted signs extremely affordable.
Illuminated signs are great because they really grab people’s attention. If you have a business that operates at night, you should definitely consider an LED sign. But, unfortunately, it’s not always that simple.
There were some hiccups along the way with the city during the permit process in making this sign for Personal Car Shopper. The city has to make sure that the sign is within regulation of city code. But, we worked with the city on behalf of our client, and once the permit was issued, we got the signs made and installed them within a few days.
