New Place – New Sign!

Above is a picture of a lobby sign we made for Pernix Data in San Jose, CA. Our client was planning a move to a new location and wanted to be ready, with a brand new sign, when they moved in. Often, one of the most important parts of the process in creating signs for our clients is timing. There are a lot of things involved with starting a new business, or moving a business to a new location, so we place a high priority on coordinating with our clients to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
For this project, there was already a pre-built space for the sign in the wall from the previous tenants, and Pernix Data wanted to utilize it. We were able to make sure the logo and dimensions of their sign fit perfectly in the space.
Sometimes our clients aren’t exactly sure what type of sign will best suit their needs and budget, so for Pernix Data we suggested what we thought would be perfect for them – dimensional letters on an acrylic panel. As you can see in the images above and below, the combination of the dimensional letters that have more of a matte finish, against the glossy acrylic/shiny panel, create a nice contrast for a very professional look. The panel was mounted with decorative brushed aluminum stand-offs.
