Need a lobby sign?
The lobby sign is one of the most essential pieces of the signage puzzle, helping to solidify a professional looking brand. It’s often the first thing that your customer, or prospect, sees upon entering your office, or place of business.
And there are a lot of options to choose from.
For this project, we were contact by the Crawford Group in Campbell, CA. The Crawford Group “delivers communications, events and marketing communications projects and resources for companies.”
Previously, we made a lobby sign for their location in Cupertino, which you can see in the image below. In addition to this lobby sign, we also made a monument sign and some window graphics for them. But the reason we got the call this time, was they were moving to a new location in Campbell, and needed signage for the new location.
The old l0bby sign was made with metal letters, and installed on a light green wall. For the new sign we proposed a lobby sign with dimensional letters on frosted glass, with a painted PVC panel in the back. One reason we suggested this type of sign was it would allow them to move the sign along with the company when the time came to move. In the interim, though, we were able to install the new site at the old location, and them move it when they were ready. We used the old sign in the main office area at the new location, and then we installed another set for their reception wall.
In the image to the right you can see the new lobby sign. When it was installed at the new location it was placed on a loght green background, like the old sign, to match their branding. There were multiple meetings to discuss the different material and finish options. We looked at brushed metal finish, foam letters, PVC letters, metal letters. The client ending up going with the 1/2″ PVC letters painted their PMS colors, flush mounted to the wall with stand-offs.
If you need a lobby sign, or any other type of sign for your business, give us a call!
