Step 1: The Consultation
The first step will be getting to know you. We’ll need a lot of information, after all, in order to know what window coverings you’re after. This includes what style you’re going for, the size, shapes, and numbers of the windows you need covered, and many other vital pieces of info.
We’ll bring sample fabrics, colors, and booklets with us to help you narrow down what you want. Once we have that, we’re then able to go over what the cost is likely to be and other important details.
Step 2: Getting The Order
More than just seeing your windows, we’re going to need to take exact measurements of them so we know exactly what parts we need and if anything needs specially made for any weird-shaped windows you might have.
When the order goes in, we’ll let you know exactly when the window coverings should be ready by so we can start talking about what day might be good for installation.
Step 3: Once We Have What We Need
By the time we have all the parts in, we’ll need to have the date already set, and we also may need to do some prep work.
Prep work includes things like removing any previous window coverings, making sure the work area is accessible, etc.
Step 4: Finally Installing Your Window Coverings
Once everything is in order, we’ll finally get to the actual installation part! We’ll have a team of as few of our workers as possible go to your location and start installing the window coverings.
For commercial buildings, we’ll also be doing our best to stay out of the way of your customers to prevent your business from being affected by our presence. Our team will quickly and efficiently mount what’s needed, clean up, and then be out of your hair.
Step 5: Enjoy And Keep In Touch
After you’re enjoying your new window coverings, we encourage you to keep in touch with us. Any questions you come up with about how to clean your window treatments or anything else can be asked at any time.
Also, if anything happens to damage your window coverings within five years, you can contact us for your one free repair or replacement, whichever is needed.
