Two factions are forming. On one hand, we need to end this lockdown and stop the deterioration of our economy, on the other hand we are no where near the end of this global infection.
There are allot of figures and statistics in the media.. As of May 25th the U.S. death toll from the virus has topped 97,722. The number of infections across America has climbed above 1,643,499. So they say.
While I am not one to be an over the top conspiracy theorist, I also am not ignorant to the underlying motives behind most of our leaders and behind the scenes puppeteers. Too many “outrageous theories” have panned out to be true for blind allegiance to anybody in power. At the same time, superbugs and wide spread illness are very real and can be very serious. 
With all of this said, our economy is going to re-open soon and it will be our job to stimulate the correct portions. It will be our jobs to manually reset the parts of our life that are unnecessary and unsustainable. Your local business will need your help. Especially your local skate shop. Most of these shops operate on a paper thin margin and rely on daily business just to pay the rent, not to mention staffing and restocking with product! A majority of skate shops are run out of love, not to get rich, when you pair that with a 2 to 3 month shutdown most shops will not be able to carry the load.
Help out your local shop as soon as you can. Call them, message them, inquire about purchasing and let them feel your support. We all need a little of that right now.
