This is what Australia and New Zealand were known for... until now.
DC Shoes just released their down under tour video labeled "Gotta Eat!" Good production value, quality editing, appropriate time lapse usage and peppered vintage shots make this video a must watch. Oh yea, the skating is probably the highlight. 
No expenses spared with multiple camera angles and what appears to be a majority of the squad, this tour was heavy! Team riders include Tristan Funkhouser, Tommy Flynn, Shaun Paul, John Shanahan, Switch God Tiago Lemos, the always exciting Evan Smith, Ollie Maclauren, OG Wes Kremer, Alex Lawton, and stealing the show Jaakkoo Janen. We even see an appearance from the local Spiderman! "Hey Tiago, look who showed up!"
Spots for days! Allot of tour videos consist of skatepark demos, hotel shenanigans and maybe some street footage with throw away lines. Not this video. Heavy street hammers fill this 10 minute montage. Back to back mind melters from Kremer and Smith with a 180 late shuv backed up by a kick flip late shuv, Jaakkoo sitting on a 50-50 for three and a half minutes, and Tiago classically sliding a switch flip back tail into next Tuesday are just a few to mention.
Kremer definitely seals his status in this video with the effortless line through the drainage ditch snake run. Giant frontside flip on the hip to switch backside flip up the gap, then tre flip to classic scooter bash. He puts the nail in the coffin with the magnificent switch tre over the rail down the double set. Captured and immortalized on the cover of Thrasher Mag July 2019!! Congrats Wes!
Ending the video with a trick that my words will do zero justice. You have to see it to fully appreciate it. Frontside tail to full backside 360 out. You did not read that incorrectly. No typo. That happened. Jaakkoo Jalen is a beast. Now stop reading this and go watch the video.
