10 Years of Janoski.
With many collaborations, colors, styles and textures, the Nike Janoski has been world renowned for its comfort, durability and over all swag points at your local.
This spring, on May 18th to be exact, Luan Olivera and the Brazilian Skate Shop Matriz will allow you to Slip-On a pair of these new bad boys. Nike.com is releasing the shoe for your retail consumption on May 18th, but if you just can't wait, you can take a quick cruise over to the Matriz stores in Brazil where they released on May 11th. 
The shoe’s upper is finely dressed in black leather and accented with a gray winter camouflage pattern that repeats on both the mid foot Swoosh and the heel. The white midsole proudly boasts an embossed Matriz dog logo and the insoles feature SB team rider Luan Olivera’s name. The black outsole completes these perfectly.
This shoe looks fun. It is a Nike so you know the comfort will be a guarantee, but I am the most excited about the construction of this shoe. With the leather up top, flick wear and slide damage will hopefully be at a minimum and the stitching looks to be placed thoughtfully to minimize the shoe's early demise. Slip-ons tend to hug your feet snugly, and these look to be no exception to the rule. From a glance these look to have cushy insoles and thick outer soles for taking the impact of Luan size pop.
All of the details have been planned out on these, down to the small strip of leather wrapping around the heel seemingly to be a lace of design, but in reality, could serve as a guard for those Neen Williams style heel flips. Overall construction looks good, design looks even better. Just might have to Slip a pair of these on!
