“We are a custom sign fabrication and installation business. I try to describe it as ‘all signs for every business.’ So we try to distinguish ourselves in that. It’s kind of part of the name, Sign Distinction. To be a little bit different, a cut above, and we do that through customer service. There’s a lot of sign companies out there. And if I can get our team to recognize that we have a commitment to the client first, to each other, and that everybody can pick each other up, but first and foremost, we’re trying to make the best product available and provide the client with the best customer service. We’re not the cheapest in town, but we try to be the best.

I think the reviews that we’ve received from people and the feedback and the growth we’ve had, indicate that we’ve been successful. Because of our affiliation with the Sign World organization, we have the ability to provide services throughout the country. Primarily we are selling California and San Diego in particular…the majority of our clients are here.

But we do have some clients that have a national presence and we’ve been able to do, for instance, lobby signs for a particular company in 25 different cities. We do a little bit of everything. We are an electric sign contractor. So we’re able to install illuminated signage for businesses. This includes wall graphics, customized wallpaper that people can put in their offices and in their homes, we do a lot of lobby signs for businesses. We work with commercial real estate brokers and provide them with their for sale and leasing signs throughout shopping centers, which in turn connects us with new tenants going into these shopping centers.

So we do work for developers so that we can provide them with a whole package. Signage for retail development or office development. Included in that would be office signage, ADA signage. We’ve done schools, churches, and special events. Our business is all about relationships. And so from the start, we begin to cultivate that relationship by your first phone call, we’ll provide a free quote. We’ll come out to visit your site, survey the site, and follow through with the process of putting up the sign you want and need for your business.”
