Recently, Rick’s Prime Rib needed an exterior banner sign for an upcoming promotion. This banner would need to be durable, affordable, and effective. As potential customers are making their way through the nearby roadways, this banner would need to draw attention for the client. We made our way to 898 Buffalo Road in Rochester, New York to begin this new project!
The images show the completed project that was designed, and fabricated for our new client. They offer legible displays of an upcoming promotion. Rick's Prime Rib was putting on a dinner theater in the Restaurant to bring in new and existing clientele. They had never put on a dinner theater before and wanted advertising that would attract the attention of passing motorists as well as visitors to the restaurant. We came up with a design that would give maximum exposure and use his existing portable sign that was mounted to a trailer by the road.
The Products
In order to complete this project, our team created two banners with the same design on both sides. Each banner had to be cut differently to wrap around the existing sign. The banners were hemmed and had grommets on all four sides spaced 12" apart.. The final dimensions of each banner were four feet by eight and a half feet. This large size helped to widen the range of exposure that the banner receives in the community. for the installation we placed cable ties loosely along the top of the banners and then draped it over the top of the sign. We then simply installed all of the other cable ties and tightened them for a seamless and snug fit. The client was adding spotlights trained on the banners to provide visibility in the night, and offer 24-hour advertising! When a creative solution was needed, the staff at Excalibur Sign Studio Delivered! We found out after the event that it was a great success! In the future when this dinner theater is repeated we can simply make a small vinyl sign to place over the existing date. Using our color copier we also printed insert cards for the wait staff to place in the bill folders when they deliver the customers check to the table insuring that every customer had a reminder of the upcoming event.
