Ambitious entrepreneurs and business leaders are gearing up for an exciting opportunity this Q4. A business coaching roundtable and mastermind group will convene across industries. They will share experiences, learn insights, and build relationships with peers. This collaborative environment promises to incite innovation and growth for all.
Collaborative Problem-Solving
Each session brings together experienced business leaders to exchange ideas and solutions. Learn from others who have faced the same challenges in managing employees, optimizing time, or growing.
Personal Growth and Leadership Development
While the focus is on business, being in a mastermind group helps you improve as a leader. You’ll gain better communication, emotional intelligence, and confidence through honest feedback and reflection.
A Space for Vulnerability
The group creates an atmosphere for sharing challenges, failures, and uncertainties without judgment. This transparency gives you feedback and direction that only comes from being honest about your struggles.
Anticipation builds among participants as the Q4 business coaching round table and mastermind group approach. The potential for transformative learning and networking is enormous, and many hope to leave with new perspectives and actionable strategies. Come prepared with your toughest challenges and most ambitious goals. The event will be a success driver for businesses moving forward into the new year and beyond.

Adam Thompson coming to you, as always, from FocalPoint Minnesota world headquarters in lovely Plymouth, Minnesota. It is Friday afternoon. It is beautiful. It’s Chamber of Commerce Day here in the Twin Cities. And I hope you are having a fantastic day.
I am coming to you today with an announcement. It’s exciting for me. I am launching my next success lab round table in Q4 of this year. We’ve talked about groups a lot on these videos. I am a big believer in the power of roundtables, the power of masterminds, and the power of peer groups because I’ve seen the results that come from them. When you get a group of business owners, business leaders, founders, CEOs, presidents, the chief deciders in an organization in a room together where they are committed to helping each other out. Pushing each other, growing each other’s business through accountability, through solving challenges, through coming up with great ideas and through being willing to share ideas, be vulnerable, offer solutions, and ask for advice; it’s amazing.
There are no new problems in business, right? We all see the same things. We all deal with challenges with our people, with our time, with our team, with our money, and with clarity around what we’re trying to do in our businesses. And when you can get six, eight, ten people in a room who can share those best practices, share those ideas. Remind each other of what works and what doesn’t; remind each other of the advice that you were given six months ago, that now you’re giving back to that same person. Amazing things happen. This is peer pressure at its best.
It’s hard to take our own advice, but when someone offers the advice that we gave them that works for them and puts it back to us and says, “you know, just do the thing you told me to do that last time, and it’ll work for you because it really worked for me.” There’s amazing power in that. I have a number of people who have raised their hands and said “I would like to be a part of a group.” We’re looking at getting together and taking a trial run.
Right? Seeing if everyone plays well in the sandbox together sometime in September, if you would be interested in that. If you’ve looked at this idea in the past, if you’ve thought about the need and the necessity for a group of trusted advisers, a de-facto board of your own, where you can walk into a room and be vulnerable and be ready to share what’s eating at you, but also be ready to offer advice and solace and support for others who are in the same thing, let’s have a conversation about it.
These groups would meet monthly for a half day, where we break down ideas, where we address challenges, solve issues, and move forward. If that sounds appealing, comment below. Reach out to me. Send me a text. Send me an email. Find me, however, you need to, and let’s have a conversation about what this group can look like, why you might benefit from it, and why you’d benefit the group. Have a wonderful Friday. Have a great weekend. It is Labor Day. Enjoy the long week and enjoy the holiday. And I’ll talk to you soon.
