Year-End Q4 Goal Setting
Success generally comes as a result of serious planning, have solid goals, and plan for what’s going to happen. The fourth quarter is the perfect time to get things right and build those plans for the upcoming year, as we’re actively working to close the year on a high note and maximize the existing opportunities, while also trying to look at where we want to go in the upcoming year.
Year-end, Q4 goal-setting is about looking backwards and evaluating our progress in the past year. It’s about determining what worked and what didn’t work in the past, and what change is required and in order to move forward.
It’s time to start thinking about your future and building those plans. I am here to help you with this. In the last couple of weeks, this is exactly what I’ve been working on with clients, helping them put together their fourth-quarter plans, that is, their 90-day strategic plans. This is an invaluable planning tool; while many find it daunting to try to make plans for a year from now, identifying a finish line for a quarter and planning a sprint for the next 90 days is reasonable.
