While 2020 has turned out to be quite the year, some couples are opting to do micro covid-friendly weddings rather than choosing to postpone into the unforeseeable future.  In mid-November, Culinary Excellence Catering helped with a micro-wedding in Tiburon with this fantastic view!  Even though things are up in the air with larger events right now, let CE help make your day magical regardless of the smaller size. Culinary Excellence Catering was able to provide everything our clients needed -- from rentals, tables, chairs, and heat lamps, to linens, glassware, and of course the food and bar itself!  The guests were seated within their own social bubbles adding an extra level of safety on top of all the PPE and fact that it was a micro-wedding. With a view like this the clients chose to keep in classic and minimal -- with white satin napkins, a white poly table cloth, and our more modern henkle dinnerware.  An extra pop of color was added with our classic gold chiavari chairs for the reception.  For cocktail hour, guests were able to socially distance in the ample amount of space outside of the household, where our heaters helped keep everyone warm as the sun set on this gorgeous home. Instead of hand passed appetizers, CE has been opting to do appetizer stations with plexi barriers -- therefore our staff will serve minimizing contact and keeping all of your guests safe, as we were able to do at this event in Tiburon.  Our bar set up is also fitted with plexi barriers, and all of our staff is diligent about their PPE -- masks, gloves, and face shields if necessary. "We hired Culinary Excellence to do a small (20-ish adult guests) private wedding dinner + cocktail hour at a rented house this past weekend - where they also provided rental tables, chairs, and heat lamps - and we couldn't be more thrilled with the quality and deliciousness of the food, and the responsiveness and flexibility of their staff before and during the event. Was also very impressed with the attention they paid to eliminating risk of coronavirus transmission. They set up a bar and hors d'oeuvres station with plastic barriers between server and guests. They wore masks and gloves consistently with guests and facilitated a completely outdoors cocktail hour and dinner to minimize transmission risk. Top-to-bottom, the drinks and food were outstanding. We provided our own alcohol and requested cocktails and their bartender did a fantastic job of making drinks for our guests, safely. As impressed as we were with our initial tasting, the level of execution at the actual event was somehow significantly better. Couldn't recommend them more for weddings ... you will not be sorry!"
