Phoenix AZ – 7 Factors for Your Business to Thrive | Business Coaching News

Posted in: Industry News

Hi, my name is Danny Creed, and I’m an internationally renowned business coach. I’ve helped start and grow many companies in various industry sectors throughout my career, and I can also help your business or corporation. As a coach, I have had the privilege to speak with different people every year about business and its aspects, fundamentals, and much more. This has helped me understand that most people don’t have an idea of what it takes to build a successful business. Well, this is the reason why 90% of all startups fail.

Here are seven fundamental behaviors and attitudes that I have recommended you embrace to thrive in the market with a successful and popular business.

Sacrifice

If you want to become an entrepreneur, you need to make plenty of sacrifices. There will be no safety net for the marketing team or sales staff. You can’t expect to get a salary in the first week of every month. There will be no health insurance or 401K. In fact, during some months, you may have to decide whether to pay yourself or make payroll.

Faith

You need to believe in your abilities and skills. Having faith in yourself, your dreams, and your vision will help you get to navigate through new challenges. Note that people will only support you when they see your passion and resolve. This especially applies to investors, who only put their money into a business if it’s backed by a devoted entrepreneur.

Work Ethic

The key to becoming a successful entrepreneur is to have and maintain a strong work ethic. You need to work hard and with extreme focus. Also, you need to be consistent in your work and be willing to put in all your effort every day.

Commitment

Whatever your dream, you need to stick to it and be ready to do everything to achieve your goal. If you think it’s important to make amendments to your vision, don’t hesitate. Try to improve your vision over time and then stay committed to the new one. Bankers, investors, partners, employees, and workers will notice how committed you are without work, which can help you build long-term relationships with them.

Ability to Take Risk

Before stepping into the business world, it’s vital to understand that there is always risk involved. Nevertheless, you need to be optimistic about taking risks. After all, they can offer you impressive returns, and if not, you still learn something. You need to mentally prepare yourself to take risks and face the consequences –both good and bad.

Thick Skin

You will be laughed at, criticized, and betrayed, especially if you have a unique vision. People will lie on your face and talk behind your back. You will learn that in the business world, there are no friends. If these circumstances worry you, then being an entrepreneur isn’t for you. Having a thick skin is the only way to survive in this challenging and competitive world.

Never Give Up

No matter how many difficulties and losses you face along your journey, never give up and never lose hope. Because efforts can never go in vain- you will win at some point. Once you begin to win, perpetuate the momentum and leverage possibilities to make a difference.
