When Kopps Flooring acquired a bigger and better facility on Marshall Drive in Lenexa, Kansas they needed new signage to let customers know they had moved. They called the experts at Forerunner Signs & Graphics to design, manufacture and install an exterior channel letter sign and some perforated window vinyl. They were glad they did! 
First, we got to work on the exterior sign. We designed exterior L.E.D. Illuminated 18” tall Channel Letter with white face using 1” black trim cap and 5” black, aluminum returns. We then mounted the letters on a black raceway with a 75-degree slant to match the slant of the metal roof to which the raceway is mechanically fastened.
As you can see, it’s no easy feat to install a channel letter sign. We have been designing and installing these types of signs for decades, so we know to take great care and caution!
The perforate
d window vinyl graphics that we designed stood 24” tall, made of 65/35 perforated window vinyl and laminated an optically clear laminate, recommended for thru-visibilty and preservation of the color in the print. Once we designed the graphics, we applied them across the top of their storefront windows.
As you can tell from the clear, sleek look of their windows, Kopp’s Flooring is ready to go in their new location!
