Project guidelines for this real estate sign
Meeting all of the requirements for this project was quite a task, but we were committed to it. Meeting standards isn’t always easy. There are often times when development groups or projects from reputable organizations or communities follow strict standards and procedures for the placement and size of signs, as well as their color and content. Actual visibility can also be a factor in requirements from governments, landlords, associations or other groups. Verida Signs takes this procedural concept very seriously because we know what the consequences are for a slight mistake. This can mean trouble for organizations after the installation of the design, so we try to get every detail just right the first time around.
Details of the project
As previously stated, METIS is a Realty group in California, based in the San Jose area. They wanted a custom sign for real estate. What they needed was a sign that would follow the codes in place at the location they were installing this particular sign. The location was a residential community called Hillsborough. Hillsborough had very demanding guidelines and nothing could go outside those guidelines. It was very important. We were able to bring the best solution to the table for a custom yard sign for this business. What we offered was a new design solution that showcased our special new hardware. METIS gave us the artwork to use for the sign.

METIS really enjoyed working with us. In fact, they were extremely satisfied with the product that they got from us, but they were more than satisfied at the time that we put into the job and the commitment to the quality and service that we offered on such a short notice for this real estate company. In turn, we were very proud that we were able to satisfy the client and that we were able to complete the job with such demanding standards. The production of the sign was quick and our work was very precise. We paid very close attention to each detail discussed in the project requirements. We made sure to ask any kind of question that would give us more clarity. This company was very pleasant to work with as well. Though their demands were strict, we very much understood their situation and we had no problem putting together a solution for this sign project. We were able to meet every challenge swiftly. We also used better materials and hardware than any of our competitors in the San Jose area.
