When constructing channel letters it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to about 4 weeks. We produce channel letters out of aluminum to prevent them from rusting and then cut and shape them into letter form modules. The letters are then outfitted with LED wiring that allows your signage to have extended visibility along with Illumination all night long. We then finally install the an acrylic face that contains the colors and designs to match your brand.
One of our more recent hotel channel letter set we have worked on was for “Sunrise Inn” located in Turlock. Their main signage is 44″ x 277 1/8″ , once we fabricated the letters we used a white acrylic and blue aluminum back to recreate their logo and brand with the exact colors the our customer wanted and a white LED illumination.
