Sometimes, getting rid of the old is not the most cost-effective route forward. If you have a sign that mostly works well, sometimes a little freshening up is all you need. We were delighted to get an order from the Aspiranet organization to replace the sign face on their monument sign by the front entrance. The existing one was looking tired and did not reflect well on their business. We replaced it with a bright piece of acrylic, printed with their brand to add life to their premises.
Take a peek at the accompanying photo. The client appreciated the difference we made. The brand has been freshly printed and now stands, especially when front lit. The decals on the existing sign face were beginning to flake and peel away. The colors had faded under the sun’s UV light. It was definitely overdue for retirement.

Unlike the sign face, the existing aluminum light cabinet had weathered well and didn’t even need a lick of paint. We measured the existing sign face and machine-cut the same shape from 3/16” thick acrylic. The branded design was printed directly onto the acrylic face for the optimal visual effect. To ensure longevity, we use only 3M vinyl inks for our printed graphics. Once dry, two of our sign installers fitted the new face, disposing of the old one responsibly.
