For the sign face we custom cut the required shape out of a sheet of black, translucent acrylic. We machine-cut the letters and barbell bar graphic from white vinyl and applied them to the acrylic with a quality adhesive. All we needed after that was for one of our electrical sign installers to deliver and fit the new sign face.
