Real estate site signs are made from 1/2″ plywood that is overlaid with vinyl graphics. The signs are then attached to two 4″x4″ wooden posts that are installed in the ground. Site signs can be designed to a variety of sizes and colors. City Signs also offers a anti-graffitti laminate for all printed graphics. If a property sign is tagged, the laminate can be cleaned with a special solution that will remove almost any evidence of graffiti. Certain properties may also have complications that requires a different type of sign such as a banner or window graphics and City Signs can redesign and produce anything your company might need. A major benefit to having one company produce and install all of your signs insures consistency between all of the graphics.

Brekke Real Estate contacts us with sign information and a location for each of their properties. We design and produce the sign with the necessary information and then take care of installing it in an appropriate spot on the premises. Our installers are also available to remove the signage once the property has been sold. Depending on the type of design and information, some signs may be modified to be used at another property without making a completely new sign.
