Project: New building letters and address numbers for local office buildings
Campus Commons is a group of office complexes in Modesto, California that recently underwent major renovations. All of the buildings were completely redone with new exterior construction and they called City Signs to help them update their signage for the new look.
An important consideration in the signage for Campus Commons was clear address numbers and building letters. There are four separate building all in close proximity that house multiple tenants and businesses. We surveyed each of the buildings and made decisions on placement based on the best visibility for street and parking lot traffic. Also based on the new appearance of the building, we kept our design simple and large. We wanted people from the street going by at 45 miles per hour to be able to see the address numbers with ease, making Campus Commons an easy place to find. 
Once in the main parking lot a customer can also see the different letters identifying the office buildings clearly.
The letters and numbers are a reverse pan channel letter made from aluminum and painted black which goes beautifully with the black building accents.
