Project: New dibond directory post and panel sign at a mobile home community
One of the easiest ways to direct traffic and the flow of people in large multi building spaces or complexes is by using a directory signage. Directories allow people to see where they are located and also find where they want to go. Directory signs are wonderful for listing spaces, tenants, offices, stores, etc. Directories can be highly effective signs to have but only if they are designed well and are easy to read and understand. Recently, City Signs redesigned a directory sign for a mobile home community in Riverbank, California.
Quail Meadows contacted us about redoing the directory sign at the entrance of the complex. City Signs custom designed a sign that not only advertised the name of the community and listed the address but also mapped out all of the mobile home sites and street names. The face of the sign is made out of dibond which is an aluminum composite material that is fairly lightweight but is great for exterior use. The dibond is then attached to two 4×4 wood posts that are mounted in the ground. The materials used for this project were simple keeping the total cost down, but the classy design and bright colors give the sign a professional feel as well as effectively directing any visitors and tenants around the community.
