Located at 1620 N Carpenter Rd in Modesto, our client had just recently remodeled their entire property and needed a signage makeover too. So they called us in to make new signs for their entire facility, including monument signs (like the one seen in the first picture at the top of this article), directional signs (like the one seen in the second image in this article), and new suite numbers on the glass doors for all of the tenants.
When choosing signs for business parks, there are a lot of factors to consider. Most importantly, we always want to make sure to consider the fact that this is a large facility and people need to be able to find their way easily. This means a big monument sign at the front, where cars drive into the parking lot. From there, it’s important to have directional signs to help lead people to the correct area in the business complex.
