We were recently approached by the owner of a business located in a commercial complex. His business was located in the rear of the complex and his customers could not easily find him. He considered a monument sign located at the entrance of the complex that would have his logo and an arrow pointing to his location. Unfortunately, this would require approval from the property manager, city permit and the increased cost associated.
A more affordable solution would be to park a vehicle with eye catching graphics near the entrance of the complex. The vehicle brands the business, helps customers find his location and advertises the company’s products and services. A map insert incorporated in the graphics helps customers find his business. This type of signage provides benefit in the off-hours, and beyond the industrial complex since the vehicle is a mobile billboard promoting his business. The solution presented to the customer did not require landlord approval or any potential local or city permits.
