Morning folks, Scott from Optimum Signs. Gonna share a project for you today. This is one of my personal favorites, for one of our longer-term customers. We manage their fleet graphics, which includes everything from the actual design work to print installation and delivery. They drop the vans off, and we transform them and send them back looking fantastic.
So, Caljan is one of our neighbors here in Menomonee Falls. They specialize in automation technology—some of the coolest stuff around. They do everything from feeder systems to packaging systems, and they do it all with incredible efficiency.
Today’s project was wrapping a Ford E-250 van. As always, we handle the graphics, print installation, and it’s great because sometimes you’ll come in, and there are 16 vans parked out back! Caljan drops them off, and we get to work.
Our designer/printer/installer is a true artist. Every decal is installed with exacting precision, right within 1/16 of an inch, so all the vehicles match perfectly. The colors are consistent because we use a coding system to calibrate the printer with each print file, giving us exactly what the customer wants. So, every time Caljan brings us a new fleet, they know their vehicles will look the same, every single time.
