In another study, researchers found similar effects of pain relief on rats. Researchers found that Delta 8-THC was associated with pain relief in rats, but they also found that rats rapidly developed a cannabinoid tolerance.
Although these studies are encouraging, they are also limited. There are few other significant studies on Delta 8-THC. The above studies were conducted on small groups of humans or animal models. With media coverage on Delta 8-THC increasing, however further studies on the compound are expected to move forward.
