We can expect a great deal of support for the typical spending on infrastructure and it will likely be less “ambitious” as Biden’s agenda calls for but it will be aggressive to be sure.

However, sources also suggest there is a funding gap remaining of more than $2.5 trillion in terms of need across the states of the nation.
