- Company structure was holding them back. Employees were given new responsibilities and checks and balances were put in place to allow the owner to delegate but still understand if benchmarks were being hit.
- Leadership training was done for everyone in a supervisory role.
- Market analysis was done to determine new opportunities for growth and then a new marketing strategy to take advantage of these opportunities was crafted and put into place.
Results
Identifying new areas for growth opened the door to bring in numerous new clients for consultations and ultimately led to new contracts, significantly increasing revenues. Company goals and objectives were clearly communicated throughout the company, leading to increased morale and a true team environment.
