So [Jason] and I were introduced during a podcast and he invited me to talk on his podcast to talk about the great resignation during Covid and the Pandemic. So we connected there, he then invited me to a networking group – and he and I just hit it off. One of the things I will say about Jason, and the reason I chose him, is because he just seemed to really get me: like he understood me from a different level, a depth level. He recognized the leadership style that I portray and kind of utilized, I guess, within how to grow my business. What stood out to me about Jason was his personal approach. He's a great listener: he spent most of the time just listening to me, asking me questions, and listening to my answers. He just spent time getting to know me, understanding me and where I come from, and my thought processes – although he was filling those in before I could even explain them, which was like I said, very scary! I think if you are shopping or looking for a coach – as a professional, regardless of your position – if you're looking for a coach, you'll find that it's obvious that not every coach is made for every person. So for Jason, he was definitely my choice and my pick. I would encourage the person to look for someone who's going to help them in the areas where they are struggling, identify with them, walk alongside them, meet them where they're at, and then help them build and grow with whatever their goals are and what it looks like. He does a really good job at helping you understand that too. You know, lots of times people – when they get into business because it's the service or the way that they're trying to produce – they really don't understand all the other elements and details of it, or they're too busy even if they do understand to get there. So part of what he does is slows that process down so you can focus. It's very intentional,  it’s very much of an effort to say, what does this look like and how do we get to the next step? Then he coaches you to get there.
