When I started working with Jason, he immediately talked about the vision, the goals of the business, and what we wanted to accomplish – which was very exciting. Then he started guiding me with marketing, how to set that up, how we’re going to do different things with marketing, as well as how we’re going to go about our process and sales. Which was incredible because I’ve never done it that way: now I’m able to have a process every time I’m talking to an individual about their business.
I would think that the most impactful thing is the fact that he is so experienced and educated, and the fact that he had his own business at one time. He’s able to guide us and give us knowledge of how to do things that make us successful, to keep us on track, and make sure that all of the leadership is working together through a process.
Since I’ve been working with Jason, I’ve seen him reshape the company. Within three months you started seeing that. It was very impactful in the sense that the company had been successful, but didn’t know where to go from that point and wanted to grow bigger.
