Then he started guiding me with marketing, how to set that up, how we're going to do different things with marketing, as well as how we're going to go about our process and sales. Which was incredible because I've never done it that way: now I'm able to have a process every time I'm talking to an individual about their business. I would think that the most impactful thing is the fact that he is so experienced and educated, and the fact that he had his own business at one time.
