Why Was the Podcast Created?
Most of us have parents, teachers, pastors, and coaches in our lives since we're children, but most people don't have anyone to advise them once they become adults. This podcast and my company (Soar Higher Coaching & Training) are here to assist customers in navigating their business/career path by lowering risk, avoiding errors, and keeping them informed via proven methods to achieve their goals effectively.
Who am I?
I am Jason Ballard, a business coach based in Louisville, KY. Through my company, Soar Higher Coaching & Training, I help aspiring and experienced business leaders achieve their highest potential by providing them with the resources they need to succeed.
I am a business and executive coach with years of experience mentoring businesses, executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals from all walks of life. From growing up in the family construction business to serving in the military to running 12 organizations worldwide, my goal is to help future generations of leaders reach their full potential by empowering them to make a difference in the world.
