Steps to Getting Your New Sign

• If you already know what you want, you can browse the gallery to find a photo, if a photo is available, to use as a reference when explaining your sign idea.

Call our Office: -        Call one of our representatives to talk about your sign project, if you have found a photo on our website to reference let them know so they can find it and your conversation can be based off the photo and you can discuss the details.

• Try and be as detailed as possible so both client and designer can be on the same page.

Follow up e-mail: -        Email is the best way to keep a record of the exchange between the client and the designer.  After the phone call the client should write out and e-mail with what was discussed over the phone so that both client and designer can be clear on the details of the sign.  The best way to continue communication about the sign is by e-mail, this will keep a written record of all the interaction concerning the sign project and with e-mail you can always see previous e-mails if there is any confusion.

• Of course if something is unclear a phone call can help, but a follow up e-mail is always a good idea.

Proof: -        Once the details are set the designer will design what the client has asked for. Once the designer has finished the design they will provide the client with a proof, a proof is a draft of the sign that is to be manufactured.  The client then will review the proof and makes sure everything is correct, this includes size, color, spelling, punctuation, etc.  The designer corrects any errors, if any, then the client approves the final proof.  The designer will then send the final proof along with final quote on how much the sign will cost.  The quote included price of the sign, shipping cost or installation cost if the client would like Pro Signs, Inc. to install the sign.  Once the client approve proof and cost the sign will go into production.

• The standard lead time for a fabrication of the sign is 5-7 days unless otherwise stated by the designer.
• A 50% deposit is also needed before production can start.
