Project: Huper Optik’s Sech Commercial Window Film Installation

We have completed numerous high profile Commercial, Residential and Automotive projects throughout our 26 year tenure and the most challenging of all our projects has to be the installation of the Huper Optik Sech window film on the entire east glass curtain wall of The Beverly Center.
Located on La Cienega Blvd, in Beverly Hills this landmark commercial project required the entire installation be performed at night, after store hours and finished before next business day.
The challenge was not the work hours but the accessibility of the glasses. Some of the glasses dropped 10 feet along the side of a 5 level escalator leading into the Mall with a clearance allowance of only 18 inches.
The entire scaffold system was attached and suspended from an “I” beam, running along the length of the ceiling. The scaffold system was staged at every level and dropped throughout the entire length and height of the entire glass system.
