At the T.R. Sandwich Shop, our sandwiches are USDA Choice, slow-roasted every day and peppered with a chef-fav seasoning and layered with au jus. These sandwiches come in various mouthwatering flavors, including Beef & Cheese, Bar-B-Cue, Beef on Weck, O.G Roast Beef and more.
The Beef & Cheese roasted beef sandwich is made from the in-house Wizz sauce and round sauce that give it a nostalgic, homemade appeal. The Bar-B-Cue sandwich is more on the tangier and savory side, with Provel cheese, fried pickles, and BBQ sauce – it’s the only item on the sandwich menu where the roast beef is ‘chopped’.
Next up, we have the Beef on the Weck, rich in aromatic horseradish, caraway and sea salt bun; one-of-a-kind in flavor. Another horseradish-based item on the menu is the Horse & Hole, which adds a bit of sweetness to the roasted beef with roasted mushrooms, Provel cheese and Sesame Buns. The Black and Blue roast beef sandwich is named after its ingredients: the blue cheese and black pepper, which is layered with caramelized onions with a sesame bun in between. The Beef Cali includes the sesame bun mixed with beef, lettuce, tomato, avocado and ranch. And finally, the O.G Roast Beef is roast beef topped with seasoning shake and Au Jus.
