National Association Hires Photographer in Anaheim, Hopefully Will Hire Again

A national association that represents the interests of a specific industry recently held their annual conference at a hotel adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and next year’s event will be held in the Washington, DC area.  This year they hired the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography, and of course since the planning has begun for next year’s conference by considering the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography to provide the convention photography services, it would be one less thing for the event professionals to have to worry about securing.

There are many attributes that make the Southern California area very appealing to national professional  associations and trade organizations for them to hold their annual conferences and conventions.  It was at one of those annual events that the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography made the connection and impression with the professional event planners responsible for organizing next year’s event.  It would be beneficial both to the conference service provider, in this case the ones providing the conference photography services, and the professional event planners to reestablish their working relationship for the following year so that there would be one fewer item on the to-do list for the event planner.

Just as there are many reasons to hold the national association’s annual event, whether it is a conference or a convention in the Southern California area; there are other regional areas that have their own attributes that make them appealing to the conference and convention industry circuit.  As a case in point, this specific national association that represents the interests of this industry will be holding their annual conference next year in the greater Washington, DC area.  Hopefully the relationship that the professional event planners established with the conference service providers, in this case the conference and convention photographers of Caught in the Moment Photography will lead to both industry professionals being able to work together again.
