LED Channel letters   The attached picture is an example of LED channel letters. To start we survey the building so we could know what size the channel letters can be. Once the customer approved the price we did blueprints.  We sent the blueprints to the customer & the landlord for approval. Once we get the approval we can go to the city for permits. The city of Laguna Hills is over the counter so permits were issued immediately because there were not changes that had to be made. Than we began to manufacture the LED channel letters. The faces were cut from 3/16’’  green acrylic. The can or channel of the letter was constructed out of aluminum.  The backs of the letters are ½’’ alumicore with geen LED. The letters spelled out BOOK CORRAL. The letters were mounted on a raceway of which than the raceway was mounted on to the building. The raceway had to be painted to match the building. Then all the electrical was hooked up to the J-Box. After the sign was installed we had the city inspector come out and they passed their inspection with flying colors.
